The staff was very interactive and kind. I misunderstood the extended stop time for breakfast so I never came down. I was offered a piece of fresh fruit and juice to accommodate my diabetes. Impressive and a definite ABOVE AND BEYOND moment. In exchange, my client, local R & B singer, serenade the lobby and received a rousing applause. GREATEST MEMORY EVER!

Checking in was perfect. Room was nice. But by sleep time, the air handler was not working. Upon calling the desk, was told there was nothing to do ‘til morning and no other room available. We lived with the situation. Next morning, spoke with very capable young gentleman at the desk. He was able to replace the thermostat, replace a bathroom light bulb, and silence the screeming bathroom door.

That it was just 3 mins from the university that my child has decided to attend. And that it was frequently visited by the local PD because we traveled with all of the things needed to move into a dorm. And that it’s just a walks distance from places to eat & grab coffee. Like they were literally next door.

Breakfast was a hot breakfast. The room was very clean, walk in showers were great too. We were attending an event at the Macon Colliseum and it was only about 7 min from there.

Fab location, not far from centre. Large room with everything you could want. Comfy bed and pillows, very clean. Staff very nice and friendly. Good breakfast.

More food options could be good and knowing when and if the rooms would be serviced would help
