The location was perfect for our visit but I would really like to highlight the staff. They were by far the friendliest and most helpful staff I have encountered before. They were very outgoing, positive and seemed like they loved their jobs. We will definitely return to this property and would highly recommend.

very friendly staff. i had a bit of trouble finding it and one of the ladies was very patient and kind. the hotel was wonderful, clean, comfy and a great experience.

Breakfast was great but what pleased us the most is that we delayed our trip by two days due to weather and Carol at the front desk was wonderful and took care of our new booking.

The staff is always very professional and accommodating. The room was very clean. I always stay at this hotel due to the staff and the location. My daughter is a student at Mercer University.

This is my first time to stay in this concept by Marriott. The layout of the room was excellent, internet worked well, and more importantly the Elfa closets often found in high end condos were an excellent addition for unpacking. The kitchenette was also an excellent layout and stocked perfectly for a stay. I picked this hotel because of location; however, in the future I’ll also be on the lookout for others with this concept by Marriott. The staff of the hotel were well trained and excellent at providing information about what to see in Macon. You would have thought they worked at one of the expensive Marriott properties in a resort.

Front desk staff had a attitude, between 7 pm and 8 she didn't make me feel welcome at all besides trying to bring my confidence down something I didn't allow , she felt intimidated by me , but I truly enjoyed the experience.
